I really like these types, because you haven't just given us 3 new pikmin types, but 3 different types of pikmin.
Let me explain.
-You've shown us the sticky pikmin, a pikmin with no resistance to any element, but has abilities that can help out in certain situations (like winged pikmin), and has a unique fighting style (like rock pikmin). -You've shown us the Haired Pikmin, a pikmin with resistance to a new element. It doesn't just have a resistance, but it also works better in that element compared to other pikmin (that would freeze later). By giving them an advantage in the new element, you've also given them a disadvantage in another element to even things out. -You've shown us the Plasm Pikmin, a pikmin that resistant to anything (a super pikmin, or bulbmin). It's a pikmin type that doesn't have to worry about anything but time itself (unless they can be eaten by enemies). They don't come in onions, so you can't keep them for everything, and they get weaker the more you use them, meaning you'll have to use them wisely (making using them more of a challenge).
These pikmin types are creative, not super overpowered (and when they are, there's a challenge involved in it), and have abilities that I can actually see working quite well in a new Pikmin game. Good job!
-edit- Only thing I would change is new flower/bud color (like Purple and white pikmin have pink flower/buds, and rock and winged pikmin have purple flower/buds)
